Hollin Haley hails from small-town East Texas. Particularly, from the quite literal, middle of the woods. Her life was as Texas as one would expect throughout her formative years. Yes, she rode horses (even competed), and yes, her family had guns (and we're fairly certain they still do). She graduated from THE (definitive) University of Texas with her BA in Theatre & Dance. Upon graduating she moved to Manhattan, where her career as an actress and model was birthed and pursued. She then moved to Los Angeles on the day of epitomic new beginnings, January 1st 2017. Ever since, she has been doing the acting thing, all the while, writing everything she’s been privy to experience in her unique and highly creative form. And the stories would shock you. Fret not, you’ll read them one day. Feel free to skip this part since it’s really just a list of all the places she has been fortunate enough to study. Which looks like most of the U.S. and even a little of Europe. Simply put, Hollin can’t seem to stay out of acting class for too long, since she hasn’t been without one she attended her first- six years ago! In addition to studying drama at the University of Texas, she has also studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (London); the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (obviously, London); Matt Newton Acting Studio (New York- with Dena Tyler and Christina Wright); L.A. Standard (Austin, TX- with Carol Hickey); Brite Lites Acting Studio (Austin, TX- with Mona Lee Fultz); the Academy of Theatrical Combat (Los Angeles- stunts and stage combat); and has also trained with Bill Coelius, Cannedy Knowles, Sara Wallace and many other casting directors and industry professionals. She has been lucky to have also found work as a model, alongside being a full-time actress. She has modeled for brands such as The 59th Annual Grammy’s, Bloomingdales, Hypebeast Magazine (Drake’s issue), Hype Hair Magazine (Zendaya’s issue), but we'll keep this list short since the one above has taken up way too much space. Currently, Hollin is writing her first novel, and claims it is the most fulfilling project she has ever undertaken. This, you will also read one day. One day soon. Hopefully you like underground societies and conspiracy theories as much as she does. Recently (relative to literally everyone else with a phone), Hollin has given into the pressures of modern-millennial-social media culture, and claims that she wouldn’t mind if you were to follow her on Instagram: @hollin.haley. But also, that is perfectly fine if you don't. Thanks for making it to the end! Enjoy the rest of the site.
